Mr. Gbolahan Salako is the CEO of Datalink Consulting Limited. He has been in the IT industry since 1994 starting out as an SAP Consultant with multiple certifications before moving on to Servicenow implementations.
During his consulting activities, he got exposed to AI and Machine Learning and has never stopped honing his skills in this area over the last few years
He has been involved and led multiple IT implementations in several countries including The United States, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Norway, Netherlands, Germany, China and Nigeria. He brings a unique perspective into projects having come from a technical background and at the same time possessing very strong functional/business knowledge.

Dr. Kingsley Omoruyi

Dr. Osagie Kingsley Omoruyi is a Senior Software Architect with over fifteen years of experience in software engineering and a PhD in Computer Science, working across financial, higher education and public sector systems. He has been involved in the design and development of enterprise platforms with a strong focus on secure, scalable and compliant solutions, including AI-driven fraud detection, fraud prevention and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) systems that support transaction monitoring, behavioural risk analysis, explainable decisioning and regulatory reporting.

He has practical experience in digital transformation initiatives, particularly in modernising legacy systems into cloud-ready and enterprise-grade architectures, ensuring alignment with governance, auditability, data protection and risk management requirements.

His work emphasises controlled deployment, model transparency and traceability to support regulatory expectations. His technical background spans full-stack development and AI-integrated systems using technologies such as .NET, Laravel, React, Vue.js and Python, and he holds certifications in Microsoft Azure AI and Power Platform. At Datalink Consulting, Dr Osagie contributes to the design and delivery of innovative technology solutions across AI, Fintech and enterprise system architecture..

With deep expertise in financial services, John specializes in cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and operational resilience. His role emphasizes his expertise in guiding teams towards meeting both technical and business objectives.
With over two and a half decades of experience in the software engineering industry, Dayo is a polyglot engineer skilled in programming languages including C#, Go, Python, Rust, and JavaScript. This diverse technical background underpins his ability to innovate and lead in various sectors.
His technical leadership extends to industries such as banking and finance, telecommunications, energy, decentralized crypto, and Web3. Dayo has adeptly leveraged data analytics, machine learning, AI, and distributed ledger technologies in his projects. Notably, he has spearheaded the development and implementation of strategic programs, including SWIFT integrations, real-time payment systems, high-value ISO20022 compliant payment rails, an Insurance Underwriting Platform, and distributed ledger integrated payment solutions.
